Bugesera: Awards Presented to the Top-Performing Teams in the Gwizamahoro Cup.

The Gwizamahoro Cup is a football tournament organized by AJECL in partnership with Ruhuha Catholic Parish. The tournament brings together boys’ and girls’ youth teams from the various outstations that make up Ruhuha Parish.

The main objective of the tournament is to encourage young people to promote and embrace a culture of peace through sports. This goal is reflected in the tournament’s theme:

“We, the young generation of the 21st century, are committed to growing up playing and living together, not growing up competing against one another or fighting.

The event was attended by local authorities, including security officials and sector leaders, who supported the youth in their efforts to build lasting peace.

We would like to thank the sector leaders for joining us in bringing the Gwizamahoro Cup activities to a successful conclusion.
