Entrepreneurial support concerns young people with low incomes organized in Saving & Internal Lending Communities ( SILCs)
The key activities of this intervention are combined in a complete cycle of youth capacity building in the field of entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation: Training-Coaching-Funding-Coaching- Evaluating
Many pragmatic assumptions have shown that as young people are poor as they are easy to be manipulated and develop destructive thoughts that harm them and their surrounding community. AJECL dreams of a World where young people are empowered so that they withstand all forms of manipulation and exploitation. Therefore, this couldn’t happen outside young people’s empowerment.
Project Objectives And Targets
- To support 5 cooperatives strengthening their organizational and management capacity
- To support all cooperative members to acquire entrepreneurship skills to engage in income-generating activities
